has a huge roof deck with firepit, barbeque, glass windscreen and 360o views of Lagoon, Mountains and Ocean.
This large, 2000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features many upgrades.
Includes 2 Master bedrooms, 2 family rooms and 2 kitchens to give you plenty of space to be together or apart.
Family rooms and every bedroom includes cable television plus DVD & VHS player.
Entertainment amenities includes Karaoke, Foosball, Ping-Pong and a huge video library.
Free full-sized washer and dryer.  Free wifi.

DOWNSTAIRS

Downstairs includes a family room, kitchen, Master bedroom and bathroom.
It is essentially a complete apartment, making it ideal for those in your group who want their own privacy
 
Downstairs Family Room includes Foosball Table, Television, DVD and VHS player.Harry Potter's Closet is a special place for kids to play.
The downstairs Family Room has a widescreen cable television, DVD &VHS player, Foosball, games, toys, and a comfortable Queen sofa bed.

The kids have their own special area, called Harry Potter's closet, which of course, is located under the stairs.
It is a great place for kids to relax, read or play.


Downstairs Kitchen
The downstairs kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, oven and a microwave.  
It is a great place to heat up a cup of coffee or make some snacks.
Those downstairs can prepare breakfast without disturbing those sleeping upstairs.  
Also it is great to have a second complete kitchen if you are preparing a large meal

The Downstairs Bathroom includes a shower in the tub.


Downstairs Master bedroom includes a comfortable California King Bed, its own Television with DVD and VHS player and patio access
The Downstairs Master Bedroom has a California King Bed with a comfortable, extra thick, pillow-top mattress for a good nights sleep. The Master has its own patio access.
The Master has a cable television with DVD and VHS player.
Also included is a roll-away bed that can be easily moved to wherever is most convenient.

The downstairs Master bedroom opens onto its own private patio.
The fenced patio with table and chairs provides a place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or a place to let the kids play outside.

The large upstairs kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, and dish washer makes it easy to prepare delicious meals for your group. The large kitchen counter seats 4 or it can be your serving area.

The library provides a comfortable place to relax, read or carry on a quiet conversation.
It includes a variety of books and magazines for lazy beach reading as well as a selection of over a hundred videos.

The upstairs Family Room has a gas fireplace, widescreen television with DVD player and a karaoke machine so your group can have fun singing together. The dining table seats up to 10. Four more may be seated at the kitchen bar or at a card table. A comfortable Queen sofa-sleeper provides additional sleeping options.
